Chicken & Mushroom Canape by Chef Rusna Purnama

Chicken, Pan-frying

Ingredients

Boneless chicken, cut into cubes 200 gr
Tomatoes 5 pcs
Button mushroom 100 gr
Egg (boiled) 20 pcs
Margarine 4 tbs
Garlic 50 gr
Potato (steamed) 1 kg
Milk 0.5 l
Cucumber 200 gr
Salt 1 tbs
Whole black pepper 1 tbs
Flour 100 gr

Direction

  1. Heat margarine into a frying pan then sauté garlic.
  2. Add chicken and mushrooms.
  3. Add flour, milk, salt and pepper.

Serving direction

  1. Place the steamed potato slices on a plate as base.
  2. Place the cucumber slices on top of the potatoes.
  3. Slice the egg into 2 parts, remove the yolk and add the pre-cooked chicken and mushrooms.
  4. Put the carrot slices as decoration.
