Chicken & Mushroom Canape by Chef Rusna Purnama

Ingredients
Boneless chicken, cut into cubes | 200 gr |
Tomatoes | 5 pcs |
Button mushroom | 100 gr |
Egg (boiled) | 20 pcs |
Margarine | 4 tbs |
Garlic | 50 gr |
Potato (steamed) | 1 kg |
Milk | 0.5 l |
Cucumber | 200 gr |
Salt | 1 tbs |
Whole black pepper | 1 tbs |
Flour | 100 gr |
Direction
- Heat margarine into a frying pan then sauté garlic.
- Add chicken and mushrooms.
- Add flour, milk, salt and pepper.
Serving direction
- Place the steamed potato slices on a plate as base.
- Place the cucumber slices on top of the potatoes.
- Slice the egg into 2 parts, remove the yolk and add the pre-cooked chicken and mushrooms.
- Put the carrot slices as decoration.
