Chicken, Sautéing

Ingredients

Potato chips 60 pcs
Chicken 400 gr
Pineapple 200 gr
Shallot 30 gr
Garlic 15 gr
Galangal 20 gr
Tamarin 10 gr
Palm sugar 40 gr
Sweet soy sauce 50 ml
Coriander powder 5 gr
Fresh tomato 250 gr
Red chili 30 gr
Leeks 50 gr
Salt & pepper

Direction

  1. Puree shallots, garlics, candlenut, coriander, and turmeric. Sautee them until the fragrant comes out.
  2. Slice chicken and marinate it with chopped shallots, minced garlic, chopped galangal, tamarin, palm sugar, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
  3. Sauté the marinated chicken for 5 minutes or until soft.
  4. Put the tomato slices on top of the potato chips, and then place the chicken on top. Garnish with chili and leeks.
