Menul Cheesecakenya Jogja by Herning Widyastuti

Ingredients
Mix 1
Milk | 125 ml |
Cheddar cheese (grated) | 80 gr |
Margarine | 30 gr |
Mix 2
Egg yolks | 3 |
Cornstarch | 15 gr |
Wheat flour | 30 gr |
Mix 3
White egg | 3 |
Sugar | 100 gr |
Direction
- Cook Mix 1 until boiling and no lumping cheese.
- Add Mix 2 and mixed well.
- Whisk Mix 3 until it thick.
- Pour Mix 3 into Mix 1 & 2, and mix evenly.
- Pour the Mix into 22x11x7 pan.
- Oven the mixture by using the au bain marie at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
