Cassava skin

Ingredients

Cassava skin 1 kg
Tomatoes 100 gr
Cucumber 100 gr
Basil leaves 100 gr
Salt
Brown sugar
Shrimp paste 1 tsp
Bird eye chili 5 pcs
Ginger 2 cm
Onion 1 pc
Garlic
Cassava chip

Direction

  1. Wash clean the cassava skin and cut as desired, and boil until soft, and then add salt.
  2. Cut tomatoes and cucumber.
  3. Mash onion, ginger, garlic, shrimp paste, brown sugar, and salt until smooth and stir well.
  4. Add the chopped cassava skin, tomatoes, cucumber, and basil, mix with the spices. Serve with cassava chips.
