About GBDI

Generasi Baru Dapur Indonesia (GBDI/ The New Generation of Kitchen Indonesia) is a platform to coordinate programs, policies, and social movement on educating, acting and promoting topics related to sustainable consumption and production in Indonesia. GBDI advocates the networking process and contributes in promoting collaborations, and information and knowledge sharing among the stakeholders.

Sustainable food is an internationally coined term to refer to promote the concept of “pangan berkelanjutan”. Sustainable food is defined with local, health, fair and sustained characteristic.

Sustainable food also contributes to improve food system by contributing to 4 SDGs.
