Ingredients

Cassava tape 1 kg
Flour 300 gr
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla powder ¾ tsp
Boiled water 700 ml
Sesame seeds 200 gr
Spring Rolls (Fill 20) 2 pack (fill 20)
Brown sugar 250 gr
Liters of frying oil 0.5 l
Cupcake paper with 2 cm diameter 1 pack

Direction

  1. Clean Discard the cassava tape axis and round the tape while slightly compressed. Set it aside
  2. Mix all ingredients except sesame. Pour a little water while stirring evenly. After mixing well, add sesame. Stir well.
  3. Dip the tape into the mixture and immediately fry until yellow. Lift, drain and melt brown sugar into syrup.
